Sorrento Spanish Restaurant and Tapas located within Melia Bali, has launched a new Spanish à la carte menu under the leadership of F&B Director, Edouard Gavalda. The menu has been designed to appeal to an array of palettes and provide more exquisite options for guests to enhance their culinary experience.
Its new main course features Paellas with three tempting selections, from Vegetable Rice with Grilled Garlic Ali-Oli, consisting of Risotto Rice, garlic, potato, and olive oil. If you like two different tastes in one dish, try Traditional Spanish Paella with Chicken and Seafood, featuring chicken, squid, prawn, mussel, clam, edamame, rice, stock, saffron, and tomato salsa. Other than that, Creamy Lobster Rice could be an option for you a seafood lover, containing lobster, squid, garlic, rice, prawn stock, saffron, and tomato salsa
Executive Chef, Ketut Sumerta has been instrumental in implementing the new Spanish menu, continuing to position Sorrento Spanish Restaurant and Tapas at Melia Bali as a top gastronomic destination at the heart of the Nusa Dua.
